I didn't start KM Consulting Services because business consulting seemed like a good idea. I started it because after 10+ years of fixing broken operations across healthcare, multi-site management, revenue cycle, and team leadership — I knew exactly what good systems look like, and I kept watching businesses operate without them.
My background spans some of the most operationally complex environments there are — genomic lab administration at Fairview Health Services, practice management for Dental Care Alliance, multi-site operations coordination, and administrative project leadership across regulated healthcare settings. I've built tracking systems from scratch, restructured authorization workflows that cut turnaround times by 50%, increased case volume by over 125% through process redesign, and delivered executive-level reporting that informed real business decisions.
I also have a software development background — which means when I build you a dashboard or an automated workflow, I understand what's happening under the hood. I don't just recommend tools. I implement them.
Before launching KM Consulting, I spent two years as a career coach, guiding 50+ professionals through transitions and building accountability frameworks that actually moved people forward. That experience is the foundation of the Accountability Coaching side of this practice.
